01 Introduction

Welcome to ong66 ("the Platform"), an online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain ong66.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ong66 ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the Platform.

ong66 is designed to serve players in Malaysia, with services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and delivered through locally integrated payment infrastructure including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Boost, GrabPay, and other payment partners as updated from time to time.

03 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

ong66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

04 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ong66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ong66 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and will suspend any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ong66 or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must not have had a prior account suspended or permanently closed by ong66 for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be the lawful owner of — or expressly authorised to use — all payment methods linked to your Account.

05 Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may register one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a valid email address, contact number, and date of birth.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ong66 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be authorised by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team immediately upon discovery.

5.3 KYC Verification

Full account access, including withdrawal functionality, requires successful completion of our KYC process. You will be required to submit valid identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases, documentation relating to your payment methods. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ong66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods (subject to availability): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum single deposit: RM 10
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30
• Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Processing timelines are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. ong66 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking cut-off times, or technical issues.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ong66 is committed to the prevention of financial crime. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction and request supporting documentation where suspicious activity is identified. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, birthday rewards, and referral incentives offered by ong66 are subject to specific terms governing eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum win caps, time limits, and eligible games. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at ong66's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Standard wagering requirement on deposit bonuses: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum number of times as specified per promotion before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder to whom they were awarded and are not transferable.
• ong66 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: exploitation of system errors, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts.

7.2 Referral Programme

The ong66 referral programme allows eligible Players to earn a reward of MYR 38 per successful referral. A successful referral requires the referred individual to: (a) register a new account using the referrer's unique code; (b) complete KYC verification; and (c) make a minimum qualifying first deposit. Both parties must maintain accounts in good standing. Referral rewards are not payable where self-referral or fraudulent referral activity is identified.

08 Games & Betting Rules

All casino games (including slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker, and lottery products) and sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sports) are governed by game-specific rules published within the Platform.

• Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by independently certified algorithms. ong66 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or wager, ong66 will make commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play using server logs. ong66's determination shall be final.
• Bets accepted in error (e.g., due to obvious pricing errors or system malfunctions) may be voided at ong66's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed prior to the placement of any wager.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time. ong66 is not liable for the inability to place a wager due to market suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ong66 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by ong66 or any third-party responsible gambling body.
• Employing bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated or dishonest play.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at ong66 staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder, conceal, or transfer funds through the Platform in contravention of applicable financial crime legislation.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain without promptly reporting such issues to ong66 support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ong66 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia assets — is the proprietary property of ong66 or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without ong66's express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ong66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial or personal loss.

ong66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

ong66's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

ong66 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools accessible within your account settings to assist you in maintaining control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Timers: Configure session duration alerts to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity.
• Account Activity Reports: Request a detailed history of your betting and deposit activity at any time.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ong66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any verified and unencumbered real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to ong66's AML and compliance obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ong66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, ong66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your agreement to those amended Terms.

If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ong66 is licensed and registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to ong66's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our Customer Support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of ong66's registered jurisdiction. Players who are resident in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling activities are subject to local legal considerations and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with applicable Malaysian law.
